Gregory Z. Singer's practice is concentrated in the business area. Mr. Singer represents businesses that include publicly held corporations, closely held corporations, insurance companies, partnerships, and individual entrepreneurs in all facets of their businesses. Mr. Singer has extensive experience in commercial, oil and gas, real estate transactions and has represented the firm's clients in their litigation and arbitrations.

Mr. Singer graduated cum laude with honors from Vanderbilt University and received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Singer is a member of the American, Texas, Oklahoma and Dallas Bar Associations, and is licensed to practice before all Texas and Oklahoma Courts and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
