Michelle E. Shriro concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganization and commercial litigation. A former judicial law clerk of the Honorable Robert C. McGuire, Former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Ms. Shriro has fifteen years of experience as a bankruptcy lawyer. Ms. Shriro has major law firm experience and has represented the entire spectrum of parties including landlords, banks and other financial institutions, trade creditors, parties to executory contracts, creditors' committees and debtors in complex Chapter 11 cases throughout the country.

Ms. Shriro is admitted to the bar in both Texas and Delaware as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Ms. Shriro received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1988 and her B.B.A. from the University of Texas in Austin in 1985. Ms. Shriro is a member of the John C. Ford American Inn of Court and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Shriro also has an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

In 2010, Ms. Shriro was named as one of the Best Women Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine.
